The Al Zn alloy structure of Al Zn coated steel plate is composed of 55% Al, 43.4% Zn and 1.6% Si solidified at 600 ℃. The whole structure is composed of Al Fe Si Zn, forming a dense quaternary crystal, thus forming a strong and effective barrier to prevent the penetration of corrosion factors.
1. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of "55% Al Zn coated steel coil" comes from the barrier protection function of aluminum and the sacrificial protection function of zinc. When zinc is used as sacrificial protection in the trimming, scratch and scratch parts of the coating, aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer to play a protective role. The aluminum zinc alloy steel coil has been exposed in various atmospheric environments for more than 20 years. It is proved that the edge cutting protection function of 55% aluminum zinc alloy steel sheet is better than that of galvanized steel sheet and 5% aluminum zinc alloy steel sheet.
2. Heat resistance:
The heat resistance of 55% Al Zn alloy steel sheet is better than that of galvanized steel sheet, and the high temperature oxidation resistance of 55% Al Zn alloy steel sheet is similar to that of aluminized steel sheet. Aluminum zinc alloy plate can be used in high temperature environment up to 315 ℃.
3. Reflexivity
The 55% Al Zn alloy plated steel sheet has high reflectivity, which makes it a heat resistant barrier; the thermal reflectivity of Al Zn alloy plated steel sheet is almost twice that of galvanized steel sheet, so it can also achieve energy-saving effect as roof and panel without painting.
4. Paintability:
Because of the excellent adhesion between the zinc layer and the paint of the aluminum zinc plated steel plate, when it is used as a sign plate for general purposes, it can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment; while the galvanized steel plate needs weathering treatment and pretreatment.
